NOTE: AdventHealth University may require that you take an English Proficiency exam (TOEFL, IELTS, DuoLingo, etc.)

 

Step 1

Complete your Guild application

It may take up to 7-10 business days to see if you’ve been approved.

Step 2

If you studied and earned credits in another country, AHU requires a credential evaluation of those education documents. Evaluation services accepted include World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc (ECE), Academic Evaluation Services Inc. and Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. You must choose one of these companies to evaluate your documents to show the educational equivalency.

Translations are also required when the original language is not English, and can be provided by some NACES members. Please see specific evaluation types below:


World Education Services (WES) - Graduate applicants who plan to apply to a program that utilizes a Centralized Application System must use WES.

  • High School - Document by Document (WES Basic)

  • College/University - Course by Course (WES Basic)

Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. (ECE)

  • High School & College/University - Course by Course

Academic Evaluation Services Inc.

  • High School - Grade Evaluation

  • College/University - Comprehensive Evaluation

Josef Silny & Associates, Inc.

  • High School & College/University - Course by Course

  • Must pay the additional fee to include grade point average on top of basic fee

Step 3

Complete AHU’s application. Be sure to choose the same learning program that you selected on the Guild application, or you may have to pay for the program on your own. Then, connect with the Admissions Department to complete the process.
