Chamberlain University Requirements

Get Started

Visit schools.guildeducation.com for additional information about the application and enrollment process. This page highlights steps unique for students with educational experience from outside of the US.

Chamberlain University requires applicants to evaluate their documents through a NACES agency (naces.org/members). We recommend ordering your documents through SpanTran, a NACES agency, and have partnered with them to offer Guild members a discount. Click here to apply for a credential evaluation through SpanTran.

NOTE: Chamberlain University may require that you take an English Proficiency exam (TOEFL, IELTS, DuoLingo, etc.).

Step 1

Complete your Guild application

It may take up to 7-10 business days to see if you’ve been approved.

Step 2

Shortly after your Guild application is approved, Chamberlain University will reach out to you about your next steps. This is a great time to let them know you have educational experience outside of the US, so they can advise you appropriately.

Note that if you are submitting transcripts from outside of the US, you will need to use a NACES agency to have your transcripts evaluated. We recommend ordering your documents through SpanTran, a NACES agency, and have partnered with them to offer Guild members a discount.
