Excelsior University requires undergraduate applicants to have an evaluation from Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc (ECE), and graduate applicants to have an evaluation from World Education Services (WES).

Please confirm requirements with Excelsior University before paying for an evaluation or translation. There may be additional requirements not listed here such as an English Proficiency exam (TOEFL, IELTS, DuoLingo, etc.).

Step 1

Complete your Guild application

It may take up to 7-10 business days to see if you’ve been approved.

Step 2

Shortly after your Guild application is approved, you’ll receive an email with information about the next steps and receive contact information for their Admissions Counselors. This is a great time to reach out to an Excelsior Admissions Counselor to let them know you have educational experience from outside of the US, so they can advise you. High school transcripts are not necessary if submitting bachelor’s degree transcripts (evaluated by ECE undergraduate and WES graduate)
