NOTE: Those applying to the Penn Foster Pharmacy Technician Career Diploma will need to provide high school information, in addition to a photo of their high school diploma.

Step 1

Complete your Guild application

It may take up to 7-10 business days to see if you’ve been approved.

Step 2

Confirm understanding of the externship or apprenticeship requirements for licensure or program completion. These vary from program to program and state to state.

Step 3

Confirm high school completion. You do not need to provide transcripts in the Guild application process. However, you will need to confirm that you've completed high school.

Note: In most cases you will need to provide proof of high school completion in order to become licensed or certified in your state.

Once your Guild application is approved, you will receive an email with next steps information, and can visit schools.guildeducation.com for more details.
