For the application process, University of Minnesota Crookston requires a credential evaluation to be done through SpanTran, a NACES agency, and Guild has partnered with them to offer students a discount. Click here to apply for a credential evaluation through SpanTran. SpanTran offers translation services in addition to evaluation services.

NOTE: There may be additional requirements not listed here such as an English Proficiency exam (TOEFL, IELTS, DuoLingo, etc.).

Step 1

Complete your Guild application

It may take up to 7-10 business days to see if you’ve been approved.

Step 2

Shortly after your Guild application is approved, you’ll receive an email with information about next steps and receive contact information for their Admissions Counselors. If you need to connect with their International Admissions Counselors, the contact information is here:

Step 3

University of Minnesota Crookston requires a credential evaluation to be done of your academic documents. This can be done through SpanTran, a NACES agency, and Guild has partnered with them to offer students a discount. Click here to apply for a credential evaluation through SpanTran. SpanTran offers translation services in addition to evaluation services. Keep in mind that high school transcripts are not required if students have 12 or more completed college semester credits.
