University of Central Florida (UCF) requires applicants to evaluate their documents through either Josef Silny & Associates or WES.

Please confirm requirements with UCF before paying for an evaluation or translation. There may be additional requirements not listed here.

NOTE: University Of Central Florida may require that you take an English Proficiency exam (TOEFL, IELTS, DuoLingo, etc.)

 

Step 1

Complete your Guild application

It may take up to 7-10 business days to see if you’ve been approved. If your Guild application is approved, you will receive an email with next steps for completing the University of Central Florida application process.

Step 2

Contact all previous institutions you've attended to request your transcripts. Confirm you have completed ALL prerequisites listed for your selected program before moving forward with the transcript evaluation process.

Step 3

University of Central Florida requires that your transcripts are evaluated by either Josef Silny & Associates or WES. UCF requires a course-by-course evaluation of your official transcripts. Please note that translations are required if your transcripts are in a language other than English. Keep in mind that WES does not offer translation services.

Step 4

 Upon evaluation completion, request evaluations be sent electronically to UCF or mailed directly to:
